Ms Radman was an employee of Flight Centre from 1996 until she was forced to resign on 22 June 2007. Flight Centre lodged a jurisdictional objection, claiming that Ms Radman resigned freely, and that there was no forced resignation.
On 8 November 2007 Commissioner Larkin handed down a decision, stating that termination had been at the initiative of Flight Centre, and referred the substance of the claim to be dealt with by the Commission.
